Who FEELS like CRYING?
I’ve held onto this idea for months because I know someone needs it.
Maybe that someone is you.
Who wants to:
Scream into a pillow over the life you thought you’d have by now?
Weep for the love that shattered you or the opportunities that slipped away?
Bawl like a child over the business that failed, the dream that stalled, or the weight that just. Won’t. Lift?
Cry about past romantic relationships and heartbreak?
Here’s the truth: Crying isn’t weakness. Science proves it:
Tears release stress hormones (literally detoxing your body).
Sobbing resets your nervous system (like a pressure valve for your soul).
After crying, your brain thinks clearer ready to focus on the future, not the past.
So let’s do this. No advice. No judgment. Just a sacred Zoom space to:
CRY your eyes out.
WIPE your tears.
WEEP like Jesus (because even Jesus wept before waking Lazarus up).
SCREAM away everything that has held you down into your scream pillow.
